Peloton Strategies Group Client LevelUp Acquired by AVIAN

Peloton Strategies Group (http://www.pelotonsg.com) has announced today that our client LevelUp, LLC of Ashburn, VA has been acquired by AVIAN of Lexington Park, MD.  LevelUp was advised by Peloton Strategies Group. G-Squared Capital Partners was the investment banking broker for the transaction..

Founded in 2010, Level Up specializes in information system implementation, infrastructure architecture, data collection and transformation, data aggregation, data analysis, target recognition, operations, and field support to help fulfill the government’s intelligence mission requirements. The terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.
